Allergic rhinitis

Allergic rhinitis is a condition in which the inside of the nose becomes inflamed. It’s brought on by an allergic reaction to an allergen, such as pollen, dust, or animal fur. It’s a rather frequent ailment. Consult a doctor if the symptoms listed below are preventing you from performing daily tasks.

Lost or changed sense of smell

A change in your sense of smell can be unpleasant and have an impact on the way food tastes. However, it is usually not dangerous and will improve in a few weeks or months. If your sense of smell does not return to normal in a few weeks, see your doctor.

Measles

Measles is a highly contagious viral infection. It can be unpleasant, and it can lead to major consequences in some cases. Nasal and sinus cancer

The nasal cavity (the space behind your nose) and the sinuses (small, air-filled cavities inside your nose, cheekbones and forehead) are both affected by nasal and sinus cancer. If you detect any unexpected or persistent symptoms, consult a doctor. Although cancer is improbable, you should have your symptoms evaluated.

Nasal polyps
