This is our Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) for use of the Pure Medical website (“Website”). This Website is not directed to persons under eighteen (18) years of age. The Website is owned by Pure Medical Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Pure Medical”). This Agreement applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by Website and Pure Medical, the mobile versions thereof, any Website software that you have embedded on a website or are about to embed (“Widgets”), and any applications (“Apps”) created by Pure Medical whether available through a social networking site or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, “Service”). Please note that the availability of any Apps on a social networking site does not indicate any relationship or affiliation between Pure Medical and such social networking site. The information presented on this Website is in no way intended as medical advice or as a substitute for medical treatment. This information should only be used in conjunction with the guidance and care of your doctors. Consult your doctor before beginning any diet, nutrition, or fitness plan offered through the Website. The contents of this Website, including the videos, text, graphics, images, and information obtained from Pure Medical’s third-party content providers, sponsors, suppliers, and licensors (collectively “Providers”), and any other materials are to be used for informational purposes only.

By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. Use of any functionality of pure-medical.co.uk constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Any personal information provided by you is confidential and will not be passed on to any other companies or organisations not affiliated with our online business.
Pure Medical reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes to these Terms.
GENERAL
You must be aged 13 or over to use this Website and by providing information about yourself to Pure Medical, you are representing that you are eighteen years (18) of age or older. If you are thirteen (13) years of age or younger and would like to become a registered member of or provide information about yourself to Pure Medical Website, you are required to have your parent or legal guardian contact Pure Medical prior to use. When ordering and making a payment you will be required to confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
We aim to ensure the prices shown are correct. If an error does occur, we will make every effort to contact you to confirm if you would like to proceed with the order at the correct price.
While every effort is made to supply all items listed online, there are instances where this may not be possible. In these cases, we will contact you and offer a substitute with the same or greater value.
We reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Merchandise prices and specifications are also subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, Pure Medical takes no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any information relating to a third party that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Even where your payment is accepted by our systems, no contract shall exist until Pure Medical has dispatched the items to you.
Pure Medical will not be held responsible for any loss, consequential loss or damage to any individual or business which may have occurred from the use (or misuse) of any product or any information contained on this website.
PAYMENT
Payment can only be made using credit/debit cards through our nominated payment gateway or PayPal. We cannot take orders by phone or email.
Card payments are made through a secure server. Pure Medical does not store your financial details. Your personal details are not passed to any third party.
Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.
Orders with Next Day Delivery must be placed before 3 pm Monday-Thursday in order for delivery to be made the next day.
Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed on or before Friday at 3 pm.
Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient are in doubt.
It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.
If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day, Next Working Day AM/PM, or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.
Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.
No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.
Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Pure Medical is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to;
Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a courtesy call as soon as possible in order to notify our staff, and ultimately ensure that we are still able to accommodate your appointment.
We do uphold a 5-minute rule, in order to be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate, in which you will be asked to reschedule.
LATE CANCELLATION
Appointments can be cancelled up to 8 hours prior to start time without a penalty fee, and any credits you used to book the appointment will be automatically returned to your account.
If a cancellation takes place within 8 hours of the appointment start time, a late cancellation fee of 25% will be charged to the credit card on file.
Late fees apply to the following service categories: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy, Stem Cell Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna, Photobiomodulation, Cryolipolysis, Blood Ozone Therapy, Compression Therapy, Physio+ and IV Drip Therapy.
We will continue to pre-screen for COVID-19 and we ask that if you are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 8 hours notice.
No-shows
Missed appointments will incur a penalty fee of 50% of service.
No-show fees apply to the following service categories: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy, Stem Cell Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna, Photobiomodulation, Cryolipolysis, Blood Ozone Therapy, Compression Therapy, Physio+ and IV Drip Therapy.
