Delivery And Returns

DELIVERY

We always aim to deliver your order promptly but cannot accept liability for delay.

Orders with Next Day Delivery must be placed before 3 pm Monday-Thursday in order for delivery to be made the next day.

Orders for Saturday Delivery must be placed on or before Friday at 3 pm.

Deliveries must be signed for by a person of 18 years or older. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient are in doubt.

It is the responsibility of the customer to report goods damaged in transit.

If an order is upgraded beyond standard delivery, to Next Working Day, Next Working Day AM/PM, or Saturday Delivery options, and it fails to be delivered on time (see checkout page for definitions of when these orders will be delivered) you are due a refund of the difference between the standard delivery charge and the upgraded delivery charge.

Refunds will not be issued in the instance of an order being placed outside the conditions of the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.

We shall not be liable to pay any compensation to you, other than any refund as stated above.

No compensation can be offered for loss of wages due to failed or late deliveries.

Customers accept responsibility for the safe storage and use of the products upon receipt. Pure Medical is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to return merchandise goods only, they must be returned in their original packaging to;

Please note that return shipping will be paid by the customer except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods.

LATE ARRIVAL

If you are running late to your appointment, please give us a courtesy call as soon as possible in order to notify our staff, and ultimately ensure that we are still able to accommodate your appointment.

We do uphold a 5-minute rule, in order to be able to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate, in which you will be asked to reschedule.

LATE CANCELLATION

Appointments can be cancelled up to 8 hours prior to start time without a penalty fee, and any credits you used to book the appointment will be automatically returned to your account.

If a cancellation takes place within 8 hours of the appointment start time, a late cancellation fee of 25% will be charged to the credit card on file.

Late fees apply to the following service categories: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Cryotherapy, Stem Cell Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna, Photobiomodulation, Cryolipolysis, Blood Ozone Therapy, Compression Therapy, Physio+ and IV Drip Therapy.

We will continue to pre-screen for COVID-19 and we ask that if you are exhibiting symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 8 hours notice.

No-shows

Missed appointments will incur a penalty fee of 50% of service.
