Visitor Guidance

All of our clinics are open and treating patients.  We provide virtual and face-to-face outpatient consultations, diagnostic tests and surgical and non-surgical treatments.

Since the beginning of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have maintained strict controls in our clinics in order to keep patients and those that care for them safe.

While restrictions within the community have changed, we continue to follow NHS and government guidance for healthcare settings.

This means that upon entry to our clinic we ask everyone to wear a medical mask (unless exempt), sanitise their hands, and confirm at the reception that they don’t have any symptoms of COVID-19 and have not been advised to self-isolate by Track & Trace or Test & Protect.

We will also continue to restrict access to visitors without prior arrangement as this is important in ensuring we keep patients being treated in our clinic safe.

We are grateful for your support in maintaining these controls and know you will appreciate that we must adhere to the guidelines for healthcare environments.

Additional safety measures in place for your visit

We have additional safety measures in place at all of our clinics to ensure that you are safe from the moment you book your appointment to the time your treatment is complete.

Secure Virtual Consultations

You can choose to have a face-to-face appointment, but if you prefer, we also provide secure video and telephone consultations with Consultant specialists or physiotherapists, so you can talk to them from the comfort of your own home.

Enhanced standards of cleaning

We adhere to enhanced standards of cleaning and infection prevention.

Everyone in our clinics has easy access to handwashing and hand sanitisers and our clinical areas are cleaned after every appointment.

We ensure everyone continues to maintain social distancing, wears masks and appropriate personal protective equipment.

COVID screening for staff and visitors

All of our staff carry out a Lateral Flow Test twice a week.

Upon entry to our clinics, we ask everyone to wear a medical mask (unless exempt), sanitise their hands, and confirm at the reception that they don’t have any symptoms of COVID-19 and have not been advised to self-isolate by Track & Trace or Test & Protect.

We will also continue to restrict access to visitors without prior agreement as this is important in ensuring we keep patients being treated in our clinics safe.

We are grateful for your support in maintaining these controls and know you will appreciate that we must adhere to the guidelines for healthcare environments.

Patients being admitted for an operation or procedure are required to self-isolate for an appropriate period and undergo a COVID-19 PCR test prior to their admission. This applies to all patients, even if they have had the COVID-19 vaccination.

Convenient car parking

To help you avoid public transport all our patients have access to on-site car parking.
